Olde Mill Pointe is a tight knit neighborhood located in a scenic coastal community that features waterfront, water view, wooded, and open meadow lots.  Many types of wildlife are enjoyed by our residents with numerous birds, fish, and mammals living here or passing through.

While Olde Mill Pointe is young, and about halfway through build-out, all of our lots are now privately owned. We are a self-managed Property Owners Association that offers a community pool with pool house, a private gated road on which residents feel comfortable walking and biking, ponds for fishing, bulk-rate internet/cable package, a storage area for RVs, boats, and trailers, and 9+ additional acres for future expansion.

We have worked hard to establish a sense of community which faces internally, as well as externally.  We look out for each other and the people of the local area around us as opportunities arise.
